Shrimp nebula SH2-188 in SHO with RGB stars
About the Object
SH2-188 (a.k.a. Siemens 22) or "the shrimp nebula" is an unusual planetary nebula located in the constellation Cassiopeia. The crescent-type shape comes from its interaction of the expanding hulls of the PN with the local interstellar medium.
